JOLLYES - STORE ASSISTANT

Within my role at Jollyes, I have gained invaluable experience within customer service and working both as a team member and individually. My many roles include working on the tills, assisting customers with both animals and other products, training new employees, cleaning of both the store and animals, assisting customers on the phone, working new stock and much more. Jollyes takes pride in its top class customer service meaning I very much had to live up to the standard and I feel like I have more than achieved this during my time there. I had to learn a lot of information about the animals and products on sale very quickly to assure I was giving the best service possible. I have very much enjoyed my time at Jollyes, however I would pursure my aspiring career in game design.

May 2018 to July 2018

THOMAS LORD AUDLEY SCHOOL - EXAM READER

At the Thomas Lord Audley School I assisted children with difficulties reading their GCSE exam papers and require a reader. While working I had to make sure to be smart, punctual and lead a good example. This has also improved my speaking skills and allowed me to speak in a clear way. The Job was only temporary during the exam period at the school.

July 2017 - Dec 2017

ASDA - WAREHOUSE WORKER

At Asda, I worked in the warehouse taking in stock, and breaking it down ready to be put onto the shop floor. A lot of people relied on me to complete my job by the end of my shift in order to allow others to complete their jobs. I also had to stack shelves on the shop floor which allowed me to utilise my customer service skills when customers required assistance. I was also entrusted to 'mark in' stock which required me to contact the stock providers telling them we have received the stock before it could go on sale. This role allowed me to gain experience in working under pressure and under time restraint.
